The last week has been quite fun! Spent any day that had ok weather walking around bits of cornwall.

Bodmin Moor - The Hurlers. this is a stone circle on bodmin moor. apparently its not possible to count them accuratley. not sure about that - i will be seeing if there is any high-def arial photos on google maps and i will try! The thing i actually went there for was the tors called the cheesewrings about 10 mins from the Hurlers . the largest one is about 4-5 meters high from the ground -  but because of the way that the hill climbs, the other side is easily climbed!

From the cheesewrings we then wandered our way into minions, looking for a beverage - or a ginger beer in my case beacuse i was driving. As we had a few hours left we went to see Golitha falls, about 2 - 3 miles west of minions. Its quite a petty water fall cascade on the river fowey - and i very nearly joined the waters travels sea-ward as i found that water eroded granite is very smooth should not be jumped on to!

If anyone enjoys walking around, i recommend these two places. only a small walk, but good anyhow!
