So since I'm just about to embark on my third year of geology degree i've decided it's about time I started taking it seriously!! Since I spent my first 2 years dossing and and half of it out on the piss.... (hardly unusual for a student.....) and only jus scraped though my first 2 year's exams I've actually gotta start studyin this year since it counts for my degree. My choice of Geology as a degree subject was taken pretty lightly but it turns out I love it n despite the fact I've got a couple a Ds... n am useless at remembering stuff (like wat minerals are in any rock... it really causes me problems!!) I'm going ta put in alot of effort this year!!! And so i thought I'd start this blog ta keep track of how i'm gettin on! Mite give me a bit of motivation!! So for starters I'm th PR manager for RocSOc (My university's geological society...) and my job is to make posters and stuff! Any help with pictures or ideas for events would be greatly appreciated!!
