Arghh have spent all day measuring pebbles on Herne Bay beach, to try to prove via the principle of uniformitarianism that gilberts pit is a marine deposit.
Now I have to put them all into tri-plot.
Roll on my exams!

Thank goodness my A-levels were over a while ago
How many pebbles did you have to measure?
What other A-levels are you doing?
600. 300 from different beds
600. 300 from different beds at Gilberts pit, and to make it even, 300 on the beach.
Im also studying A2 Archaeology and History, but have As only grades in Critical Thinking andReligious Studies.
nasty! i'm doing A-level
nasty! i'm doing A-level geology as well. For our coursework we went to Charmouth and did some fossil analysis and use the fossils to date the cliffs. Was great fun! only just finished the write up.
well, I had to complete two
well, I had to complete two pieces of c/w to gain one grade. Im doing the Wjec course. The first piece was to prove the Gilberts pit has a marine environment of deposition. The second was to test the suitability of different rocks for road materials. They've both been really cool.
