Unfortunately the University of Edinburgh do not do a Masters degree in structural geology. You can do an MRes (A masters by research), which for all intents and purpose is a one year PhD-type thing (more details: http://www.geos.ed.ac.uk/postgraduate/MSc/mscprogrammes/GeoSciences/)

Other Universities do masters degrees though. check out the article by hypocentre: /articles.php?article=0

It's aimed at undergraduates, but the list (and links!) to each UK Uni that do some kind of Geology is invaluable. I would suggest looking around those website to see if anything looks interesting. Let us know how you get on!

I'll get around to a masters list one day [soon I hope].

The structural masters that spring to mind are Royal Holloway
http://www.gl.rhul.ac.uk/MSc/tectonics/
and Leeds
