The Annual Meeting of the Tectonic Studies Group, organised every year in January, has proven to be a very successful forum, bringing together structural geologists from the U.K. and abroad.
In 2008 the TSG Annual Meeting will be organised for the first time on the 'continent'. Because in Belgium the structural geology departments at the different universities are rather small, we joined forces to organise an unforgettable meeting. We, therefore, also choose not to organise the meeting at one of the Belgian university cities, but in the small town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, tucked away in the forests of the Ardennes.
The meeting will take place on January 8th, 9th and 10th 2008. On January 11th a field trip is planned.
