 Nummulites are fossils,

Nummulites are fossils, in fact they are foraminifera (the calcareous exoskeletons which makes up chalk).  They are classed as protozoa, and I believe they are made up of single celled organisms.

They range from microscopic to several inches and are generally a sort of spiral shape, but often not a regular spiral.

A researcher called Lorraine Casazza has done a lot of work on Egyptian nummulites.  I think she is at University of California.  Suggest you try to Google that.  She will obviously be far more informative than me.

I have only ever seen then in Northern Spain.

So basically in small words,

So basically in small words, they are the exoskeleton of Single celled Eukorayotic cells, so they're actually fossils from a recent period ?

These are pictures of the ones i saw it during my geology section, i'd need a microscope to see it right?

As I said some are microns

As I said some are microns across and others up to inches across.  I haven't seen the same ones as you.

Nummulites

I saw massive beds of these in Libya, absolutely full of oil. The ones I saw looked superficilaly like ammonites and every single chamber of these disc shaped microfossils was full of oil. Amazing.

I think the pyramids being

I think the pyramids being made of them is perhaps erring on the side of  stretching the truth.  The pyramids are limestone blocks with nummulites in some of the blocks.

Indeed, it was pointed out by Ian Stuart last night in Rise of the Continents on BBC 2

Yes i read about that, apprently the limestone blocks that were used to make the pyramids contained them, but what do they fossilize?

Iain Stewart

Is it Iain Stuart or Iain Stewart?

Yes, I saw that too. What did you think of the program as a whole?

I had people at work watching it.

Men LOVE women in sexy

Men LOVE women in sexy heels: this writer is yet to encounter a man (straight, gay, whatever) who is not as captivated by a gorgeous high heel and its effect as any woman. Whether for the aesthetics of the shoe itself, or Fut 14 Coins the impact it has on the woman's appearance, most men will not be unmoved by a sexy shoe on a woman. They're so pretty: there is nothing like a beautiful high heeled shoe to boost a woman's mood. There have even been psychological, scientific studies into this phenomenon. Shoes are like collectibles to a woman: a truly gorgeous shoe is up there with a fine piece of art. Who can resist that?
