I understand about the knowledge seep - I struggle to remember anything from my undergrad course now. I recently came across my old notes - I had no idea I had learned so much stuff!
Are you still in geology now or doing something completely different?

Yeah, dont want to forget everything, my folders etc are already in the loft tho! I l prob get them out in a couple of years n remenisce! 
I was originally thinking of doing a masters, but then wanted to get out and try some other experiences. Having been unemployed for the past 6months (with countless failed interviews) I finally had an interview this morning with Millers Oils in Brighouse as a Lab Oil Analysis Technician! Lab work/field work has always been the type of thing i want to get into. so fingers crossed!

Graduated from leeds uni with a BSc in Geological Sciences last july! the knowledge is slowly seeping away as i havent talked geology with anyone in a while! haha. would be cool to talk to people, esp anyone from leeds earth and environment..?
