Hello there. I've never been to the west midlands. Is there a mid westland as well? What about an east midland? How does that work?
Hiya
I think there's an East Midlands but I couldn't say for sure. I don't know England very well as I'm not from here. I' actually from Scotland.

I meant to say, never argue with Creationists, it's not worth the effort. ![]()
Sorry to be nosey, but which part of Scotland are you from? I've been in Edinburgh for the last 11 years or so.
Hi Jon

I'm from the south side of Glasgow. A little place called Busby. Ediburgh huh? Have you ever been to 'Understanding Earth'? I'm told its a great day out.
Peace,
Becky.

Hi From the West Midlands
Submitted by Rebecca on Tue, 03/18/2008 - 14:13.Hello,
This is just a short post to introduce myself. I am female, 35 and live with my boyfriend in Birmingham. Geology is not something I've really taken any huge interest in until lately. To be honest, a rather heated debate with some creationsits got me looking for some solid answers to hit them back with. The stuff I saw kind of prompted me to look into geology in more detail.
Astronomy is my other scientific interest. I have a tiny (75mm) refractor which often finds itself pointed skyward.
Peace.
