It is British humour and you may not fully understand it. I can only assume that even Egyptian children will know what marbles are, and play some form of the game.

Marbles is a kids game over here. I think it is played throughout Europe and America.

i've been intrested in geology since my senior year in highschool i always wondered can a geologist just look around him and know the composition of the world? guess i am going to find out!
hope the marvelous geologists of this site do not get upset, i always ask too many questions
