I'm currently a first year geology student at James Cook University, and i'm loving it. I' m really looking forward to being able to learn more from your community :)

The two main contributors on

The two main contributors on the site, John and I, are both from the UK and between us I think we've got a lot of bases covered as we specialise in different but overlapping areas of geology and come from different geological backgrounds.  However, we get questions and contributions from all over the world.  It's just worth bearing in mind that if you have a question about your local geology you may have to provide a lot of background information before we can give you a (hopefully sensible) opinion.
