Well hello there! My name's Tom, but feel free to call me V (long story...). I'm an A2 Student studying Geology in Somerset, so really close to the Jurassic Coast, the igneous activity of Dartmoor and other fun Geological things. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and do loads of wierd stufff other than Geology, such as LARP, Kayaking (Hey, throwing yourself down rapids in a plastic boat is fun!), performing with my band and a bit of writing to boot.
I owe my love to Geology when i was a wee little boy toddling around and putting shiny rocks in my pocket, and the odd fossil too. But it's really been enhanced by my geology lecturer at college, the most awesome Jez (Turtle Wax King, we salute you!), who's random rants and other jollyness has helped wonderfully.
Anyway, revising for exams so I shall bid you farewell.
