What is this rock???

This rock contains quartz, biotite, muscovite, plagioclase, magnetite, garnet, rutile. What is it?

How do you know it contains all those minerals?  You clearly know something about geology or mineralogy to be able name them, and therefore a combination of quartz, feldspar and mica  would lead one to suppose it was some sort of granite.

A picture and location would be very helpful.

I had an idea with rutile

I had an idea with rutile and garnet (but not heard of a magnetite association.) even to the location.

 But I feel you may both be right from the 'abruptness' of the question. I shall ignor anything more from him.
