I hope next Christmas and New Year the telly improves otherwise I'm going to bin my license. I've just left my dear wife watching Jonathon Ross getting trashed in the jungle with Bear Grylls whilst I go on the computer to do something far more worthwhile.

And the Battle of Midway - on two consecutive days on the same channel, and the Americans let the same kamikazi planes hit the same carriers. You would have thought they might have moved them the second time around! Mind you I thought Von Ryan was an Irish German and his express was taking the picture of the Madonna mit der big boobies back to Berlin. Had it all wrong didn't I?
