Can anyone identify this strange looking rock?

It is what is generically
Wed, 01/08/2014 - 12:37It is what is generically described as a puddingstone, for obvious reasons. However, the actual rock is more difficult to identify. It could be a conglomerate and therefore sedimentary or it could be igneous with a matrix of peridotite and phenocrysts of olivine.
