Palaeontologist have no idea what the markings on dinosaurs looked like. This is because skin colour is never fossilised with the bones and teeth of an animal. See if you can come up with suitable colourings for these dinosaurs. Remember what colours modern animals have. Some animals have colours which hide them in undergrowth, some have bright markings to indicate they are poisonous and others have markings which look like eyes of other animals to make them appear bigger. Some animals even copy a more dangerous animals colourings to scare away predators!
