Searching for a docket book

Does anyone know where I can buy docket books for sample labelling? The books must have unique numbering (per sample) and have boxes for grid reference, sample identification and the collector's name. Ideally it will also have a duplicate layer.

Try GeoSupplies (www.geosupplies.co.uk) they may have what you're looking for.

 Or you could always create a custom template on Excel and print copies out - doesn't do the duplicate copies though.
