Have a look at your local WEA (Workers Educational Associastion) You may find someone doing it there, as I do in this area.
Next year I am hoping to start doing it at Denman College in Abingdon. Its the WI colege, but the course will be open to men as well.
If you are in Dorset I will be giving a talk on Monday evening in the village hall at Corf Mullion. 'The A-Z of Minerals & Precious Stones....nearly'. I will also be doing identification for a few pence into the Help For Heroes tin.
