I've heard the voices of
Wed, 12/09/2009 - 10:47I've heard the voices of hell underground but it's usually fellow cavers stuck in squeezes, failing to get up climbs, dropping kit down impenetrable holes etc.
Otherwise I don't think the Earth is hollow but I do believe in Hell - it's where you are forced to visit your mother-in-law and watch repeats of soaps that you wouldn't have watched in the first place.

I have to say Gus that made me laugh so loud I nearly fell of of my P.C chair. And it's so very very true. I'm dreading Christmas for that very reason!

Thu, 12/10/2009 - 11:03Yep it happens every Christmas - we get the same old "nobody wants me, I'm just an old decrepit burden on society", to which I usually reply "That's true" whilst trying to avoid my wife looking daggers at me. I love her to bits really, mainly because I can say things like that and she hasn't got a clue what I'm going on about.
